Terms of Service

Plain language summary: Use Keepli responsibly, keep your account secure, and don't misuse the service. Your data belongs to you. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Keepli mobile application (the "App") or visiting keeplis.com (the "Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Site.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Keepli ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.


2. Description of Service

Keepli is a personal life organisation and document vault application that helps you store, organise, and manage documents, subscriptions, reminders, life journeys, daily plans, and other personal information. Keepli offers:

3. User Accounts

Keepli operates primarily offline and does not require account creation for core functionality. Certain cloud features (Family Hub, My Circle, encrypted backup, cross-device sync) require a Keepli account.


4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Keepli Pro is available through monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Current prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and currency.

4.2 Free Trial

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through RevenueCat. Keepli does not directly process or store payment card information. Payment terms are subject to your agreement with Apple or Google.

4.5 Refunds

Keepli does not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please request it through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple or Google.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until then.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Keepli ("User Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your User Content.

By using cloud features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the requested services. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have the rights necessary to store it in Keepli. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.


7. Intellectual Property

Keepli, including its design, features, user interface, branding, code, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Keepli and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

The App is licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it.


8. Privacy

Your use of Keepli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Keepli, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.


9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We strongly recommend using the Encrypted Cloud Vault Backup feature to protect your data against device loss or failure. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or circumstances beyond our control.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keepli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 (whichever is greater).


11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account via Settings → Data → Delete All Data or by contacting us at support@keeplis.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your continued use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains accessible to you. Server-side data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Keepli shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
